Personal Information Collection Statement

This seminar is organized by the Cultural Bureau of Penghu County Government and announced the following matters in accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of China:
1. Organizer: Cultural Bureau of Penghu County Government (Executive Unit: National Penghu University of Science and Technology).
2. Collection purpose: activity participation, identity confirmation, contact notifications, statistics, etc.
3. Personal data category: Chinese and English names, study/service units, department/professional titles and mailing addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, and other data that can directly or indirectly identify the submitter.
4. Personal data utilization period: The duration of the above collection purposes.
5. Personal data utilization area: within the territory of the Republic of China.
6. Objects and methods of utilization: The organizer shall utilize them within the scope of the collection purpose.
7. Failure to provide personal information may result in failure to participate in this event.
8. Contributors also enjoy the right disclosed in Article 3 of the Personal Resources Act: to inquire or request to read, request to make copies, request to supplement or correct, request to stop collecting, processing or using, and request to delete.
