Censorship and  Responsibility

(1) The abstracts of the papers are subject to two-way anonymous review. Each manuscript will be reviewed by two experts and scholars in related fields hired by the symposium preparatory committee to maintain the quality and standard of the paper. 

(2) If the submitted paper (including the abstract) involves plagiarism, violation of academic ethics, current regulations, etc., as well as negligence of non-organizers such as copywriting and typesetting, the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the author. 

(3) All or part of the content of the submitted papers has not been published in other publications, and there is no case of multiple submissions of one manuscript, and the relevant responsibilities are borne by the authors themselves. 

(4) After the abstract and full text of the paper are accepted, the organizer will be deemed to have obtained the author's non-exclusive authorization to publish it on the relevant platforms of the "2023 Penghu Studies 23rd International Academic Symposium" in a non-profit form, or compile it into a volume.
